I own this amp, and have been using it for Worship over the past two years. I would have to say pass on it. It's a super bassy amp, and doesn't have a great tone. If you're looking for a cheap loud amp, this will work great. But once you get into tone you'll start dreaming of when you can get rid of it. Plus it's falling apart at the seams

GREAT FOR THE PRICE

I have owned this amp for about 6 months and love it. The amp is great for playing in a band. The effects are decent. The gain channels have a buzz which is a little annoying. I don't feel that this amp is good for playing metal but great for rock. I use pedals anyway so that solves my problem. another thing is if you are looking a practice amp, you shouldnt get this. its portable enough but is big and heavy. Overall this amp is great for the price and would recomend it. I am very happy with my buy.

This is something of an intermediate amp with a bunch of options. I would suggest buying this amp if you have been playing for about 2-3 years. The effects are great, especially the delays and reverbs. But the gain on some of the amp models are a bit lacking. I have a gibson les paul classic, and some of the amp models don't go the best with it, The British is too weak for the rhythm pickup, and its way too bright for the bridge pickup. Overall it sounds like a weaker version of a 1959 plexi when you turn up the treble and mid all the way up, and the bass all the way down. This makes it sound decent, and gives you the closest thing you're going to get on this in terms of a Marshall tube amp. The metal amp is way to fuzzy. There is a constant hum with it at any volume. The clean channel would be a lot better if it had a middle control, because it either gets too basey or bright to a point of light distortion. I do not recommend this to players over 6 or 7 years with a decent knowledge of amps.

Bassy Tone, but good selection of Amp Models, etc.

All around the Amp Models are the best feature of this amp, plus it gives a nice clean tone on the main channel.

I found though that Ibanez, Vantage, Laguna, and even Gibson are very bassy in this amp. So much so I need to completely swing the Bass nob to 0 and I find it's still to bassy.

The Effects are sup-par and your limited to really only a mix of two at most. Line 6 sells much better quality amps just like this one with a much better internal EQ slider.

This amp has it all...... all the effects you need enough power when you need it and on top of that its very clean sounding. If you looking for that fender quality and don't want to spend a massive amount of money this amp is an excellent choice.
