I played this guitar at a local store next to a $500 Taylor and the Taylor sounded thin compared to this one. A few days later, I played this guitar with a few friends who had $1k Martins and Breedloves, and while this Fender doesn't necessarily sound better, its tone definitely held up. That's really good for a guitar with a laminated top and made in China. It has a balanced full tone that's not too bright, thin, or bass-y. If you're short on cash and need a workhorse acoustic with a balanced tone, look no further.

Got this guitar about a month ago and I have to say that I am very surprised. The pre-amp and tuner work great...and the equalizer is a great bonus. The guitar sounds great either acoustic or plugged in and has a great feel to it. Not to mention that it has a good look as well. If you are looking for a great deal, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

The Fender CD110CE is a GREAT guitar right out of the box. This is my first guitar and I love it. This guitar is a beautiful piece of work and it plays beautifully! For the money, you can't beat it.
