This is the only acoustic guitar I've ever had that isn't 3/4 size, so I don't have much to compare it with, but I think that it's really good. It looks nice and it sounds twice as good. There are two inconveniences, though. One is that the volume and tone controls are on the inside of the soundhole, so you have to reach inside to get at them. Then again, it's not that hard to move the controls, and perhaps the outside wouldn't look as good with them visible. The other downside is that the strap button is not on the side of the guitar that is "up", if you're playing it, instead it is on the side that is "down", which can cause your strap to get tangled sometimes, but that's a minor difficulty. Overall, I'd recommend it.

So this guitar initially sold me on its features. This is the first guitar that I've seen in its price range that has the Fishman Elipse Aura electronics. With that said, I was a little leery that the quality would be sacrificed in other areas of the instrument. The quality of the wood is decent, it is well put together and feels nicely in your hands. The fit and finish needs some improvement...There are a few places on the neck binding and on the body by the bridge where whoever finished the guitar was sloppy. When it comes down to the way it plays, I’m pretty satisfied. However, this guitar needs to be broken in. I can feel some mojo waiting to come out of it, and it’s only a matter of time when this baby will start to sing. Now when you get down to plugging in and using the onboard electronics, the tone can’t be matched. With the use of the Elipse Aura electronics, this guitar sounds incredible. I’ve been looking for a decent acoustic-electric for some acoustic gigs around town. I wanted something road-worthy, and at the same time an instrument that wouldn’t break my heart (or wallet) if anything happened to it. It fit the bill perfectly.
