Let's talk settings: Start with Treb, Mid, Bass all at 5 and tweak for your specific guitar. For crystal clean sound: Master 10, Vol 2, Rev 4, Fat switch off For classic crunch: Master 3, Vol 12, Rev 2, Fat switch on For blues: Master 5, Vol 5, Rev 6, Fat switch off For metal: Master 10, Vol 2, Rev O, Fat switch on, and you MUST use a pedal. Best choices Electro Harmonix Metal Muff and RAT. I LOVE this amp. BUT each of my guitars sounds totally different through it. Start with the suggested settings, and you will love it too.

I can't believe this is only a 15w amp. This thing smokes. For home enthusiasts or a practice amp, the Blues Junior will fit your needs. There's nothing that sounds better than a tube amp, IMO, and the warmth you get from this amp is fantastic. Hook up some pedals and you can get all sounds you like. I love it!

This amp is the bomb!!! It's really reliable and versitle. You can make it sound like an ac15 or an old fender. It nails the radiohead sound or the rockabilly sound even. It's LOUD, so dont worry. It's about as loud as 100 solid state watts. It's a real amp! This and a Tele.

So here's the deal with this little guy...it's awesome...for some things. Jazzy, blues, practice amp yes. Rock, stage-worthy, scorching solos, no. It doesn't have the presence to carry a big, full sound in a band situation. BUT, this little amp DOES have a speaker output on the back behind the cover!!! So grab yourself a 212+ cab and then, LET 'ER RIP!!! Then you've got yourself any style guitar amp you want! Let the 15 watts of pure tube resonate in a bigger speaker...

This is the best tube amp on the market bar none. Yu don't have to do any mods on this amp to get fantastic tube tone like no other. Right out of the box this became my favorite amp. I've been playing for ove 30 years and have yet to find anything that even comes close to the sweet singing tone this amp gives.It's a must have for any real guitar player!
