Solid lightweight alder body, one-piece U-shaped maple neck, vintage F machine heads, 21-frets, one volume and 2 tone controls, 5-way pickup selector switch, 25.5" scale. Made in USA by Fender's Custom Shop to look as if it's had the heck played out of it, although it is perfect in setup, tonality, and playability.

Ii played this guitar a few hours ago and I'm still stunned. If you play a lot of Hendrix type material, make this guitar yours. Now. The action and overall feel are amazing, The 60's pickups respond very nicely, especially the neck.

I've never liked Strats, preferring the neck and action on my Gibson SG '61 Reissue, but when I tried this one I had to have it. The action and sound are incredible, way better than a top of the line American Standard Strat. I now reach for this guitar first.

The '69 strat may be expensive, but it's probably the best strat you're gonna find. It comes equipped with a tremolo, 3 controls for volume and tone, 3 vintage single-coil pickups, 21 frets, and a body and neck that'll make you go wild. I also especially love the classic head of the guitar. What a work of art!
