If you are a beginner or a veteran this is the greatest cheap amp on the planet. We have even used it in a pinch in a small bar gig. Yes you can get better amps but for the bucks this one cant be beat. Dont wast your money on 8 inch practice amps for a few bucks more this is so much better.

This is a very good amp for the price. It may be small, but you can get it surprisingly loud with little-to-no quality loss. Its very versatile... Sounds great clean, you get that classic Fender clean tone. Sounds great with distortion also, but the on-board OD isn't the best, as with most solid state amps. For the best distortion sound use a distortion pedal through the clean channel on the amp. But overall great amp for small band practices and private practices.

I've got bigger, heavier, more powerful and more expensive amps but this will handle an astounding amount of my needs. (Sold my pick up and don't like backaches) I carry a small pedal board and this amp. (Buy yourself a small amp stand and put a power strip on the back of it) This is a no-brainer. Buy It.

Just got this amp and I am blown away. For a little 25 watter, she just screams. The amp has a fabulous clean tone and nice reverb. The OD is surprisingly good. Its very quiet for a solid state amp. The stock speaker holds up well to distortion pedals. You can get a very nice hard rock/metal tone if you want. I plan to put an eminence ragin cajun in to give the amp some more oomph. For the price.. you just cant beat it. I tried to get into to the tube amp thing and was not happy with the results. You gotta spend 700-grand to get a quality amp. The lower end tube amps sacrafice alot of quality just to get the tube technology. For basement jammers, this is it. Its versatile and simple. And with the head phone jack, it lets you practise/rock/shred and not wake momma or the little one. Just a great amp for the price.. thanks Fender!!!!

ive had this amp for almost a year now, playing through it using a zoom g1 pedal. This is a great amp, until it gets over about 2.5, sounds great at a low volume.
