This guitar is awesome! I play through a boss metal zone and a peavey windsor and even with the distortion up less than half this can still play metal as good or better than ibanez, jacksons, and esps. I would totally buy, the only other competition for it is a gibson raw power sg, or the ibanez rg370dx

I've had this guitar for 1.5 years now. At first it buzzed but then it just went away??? I don't know what I did. anyways for the money its grat (in general), as a metalist this sucks for power chords (in drop D, my favorite for metal!!)its really muddy, as for bar chords well I never really bar more than two strings so bar chords arn't any better. If I could go back in time I probably would buy a different guitar (probably one with EMG 81/85) but I really havn't lost any sleep so I'f this was your first guitar like me then go for it. but if your really experienced like me I might turn my head

i got this gutar for my birthday a year ago and when it came i was really excited but after the longer i played it i realised the gutar is very limited especially when you go past the 12 fret you cant really do anything because of the tiny fret space if you want a guitar really bad go out and look for a used guitar but i dont really recommend this one

Holds tune, pickups great, awesome physicality. But when tuned to drop D, power chords are muddy but bar chords are great. in drop c its the other way around!!!!

bought this for a diecent "backup" and I am blown away. slight buzz on the low E between fret 1 and 6 and action adjustment nessasary. but a great buy none the less, actualy very close to the real SG. finish is very nice.
