Good Little Guitar For The Price

OK lets get this over with its good for beginners and the money but you get what you pay for. i had to get mine fixed after a couple of months because to input fell into the body and cracked the finish. The set up is ok but i recommend getting it set up pro. if you know what i mean. it plays real well after that i will probably just use this for practice once i get a better guitar but im broke at the moment so this was a good buy. bolt on neck i dont like but nothing personal. rather go with a fender or dean or something but ill give epiphone credit.

First of all I want to give kudo's to Musician's Friend. I was looking for an electric guitar package that was good and affordable. I found it in this package. I lucked out and found it on sale. I phoned in my order to make sure the price with correct. My sales rep. was very knowlegable and a great help. As for the package itself I don't even know what the amp is like, because I took others advise and separately purchased the Line6 15watt amp. What good choice, I can't believe the sounds that this thing produces. The guitar is truley amazing as well. Fun and easy to play. I couldn't get the red, but the black is great. I am very happy with the choice I made and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality package. The last note is about Musician's Friend again. My salesperson told me it would take about a week to ship. Would you believe that the UPS truck pulled into the driveway the NEXT day? I was really surprised and totally happy with the whole Package from Musician's Friend.

I got this guitar in cherry red last Christmas and was not expecting much from a cheap amp pack, but it was surprisingly much better than what you'd expect looking at the cost. The guitar was very nice looking with a sort of wood finish,and a clear but hard rock tone, very easy to tune from the beginning, and I love the amp,tuner,and case, but the guitar cable that came with it was so bad I only used it for 2 songs before it started not working. I just threw that one out and got a new one. Over all it is a great buy, that is if you got an extra 10 bucks to spend on a guitar cable.

I had been playing Acoustic for a little bit over a year and I wanted to switch to electric, so after a long time of research I decided to get this. It's everything you would expect from a starter pack +1. It's the perfect guitar for a beginner. It's lightweight, pretty slim neck, and a pretty versatile guitar. The amp is decent, nothing top notch but it will get you buy until you can make use of a better amp. Great for apartments or college dorms. Both my guitar teacher and a friend of mine who has been playing guitar for 20 years both said that it is very easy to play and whenever I hand it to someone, they always say "holy crap this is friggin' light!" I definitely recommend for that starting guitarist.
