Sunburst Sunburst, Back Natural, Back Natural, Headstock Natural, Close Angle Natural, Body Closeup

For such an easy-to-afford guitar, the Epiphone PR-150 is a standout - a perfect instrument to get started on. It is a dreadnought and features a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard. The PR-150 sounds great and this Epiphone's sunburst finish gives it the look of a far more expensive guitar.

I bought this guitar as my first guitar around 7 years ago, this guitar has seen my through everything. I've taken this all over the country from east coast to west coast, north to south, dropped it and dinged it many times and it still plays great! Any beginner looking to learn but not break their bank account should really look at this guitar because it will last a lifetime. I'm looking at upgrading soon but this guitar will still be played on a regular basis even with a "higher quality" guitar.

my first acoustic was a PR-100 (the predecessor for the PR-150) dressed in all black. beautiful look. 9 years later and a handful of other guitars now under my belt, i STILL pull out my epiphone when i need something to sit around and play.

ive made no adjustments or repairs to it and the sound is still as full and hearty as the day i walked home with it (granted the fretboard has some wear and tear on it but a good guitar needs to be played).

i never thought after all these years to write a review but after sitting on the couch for 3hrs and playing guitar while mindlessly watching tv it hit me...this is one of the best purchases i have ever made. i hope these reviews can help beginners made a good decision.

i bought this because i got bored with bass - needed something new. this acoustic is awesome, however this is the first acoustic i have played so i don't have much merit. but for a starter, i definitely recommend it. the only thing i dont like is seeing that grinded plastic bridge saddle at the bottom, makes it seem like putting my new strings on will be a challenge..

This was my first guitar ever. I've had it for about 5 years now and all I can say is that this is one of the best guitars I've ever had. It solid wood also not that laminate wood that you get in low end taylors/martin. This guitar is worth all the price and more. I just lowered the action and put bone and it plays like a dream I always go back to it.

This guitar is well built very solid and has some weight to it. The Sound is nice just like a hummingbird, You should put new quality strings on it. I had to adjust the truss rod, this guitar comes with a tool to do that. No more buzzy frets.
