just bought this guitar from a local shop like two days ago and i couldn't be happier(only reason i gave it a 4.5 cuz idk anything bout the tuners on it other than they seem to hold the tune pretty good so far). I'll put it this way, i went in planning to drop a grand minumum for the kind of guitar i was looking for but ended up only losing 600. Played, sounded, and just felt better than even the gibsons i tried. I'm a big fan of rosewood guitars and the sound of this one is just beautiful,(however, if your looking for a brighter sound maple is more the way to go) I'm really impressed that this one features all solid woods and theres nothing really fancy or unnecessary on it to try and drive the cost up. To me that says alot about the kind of quality that goes into the masterbuilt series. Every time i play mine i'm awed at the sound and the feel of it and i can't wait till it ages a bit. Way to go epiphone.

I recently bought a Masterbuilt Epiphone and found it to be more than I thought it would. Very well made and the sound is outstanding. I have a number of high end guitars and found the sound of this model to be surprisingly good for the price. It is solid wood, most guitars at that price are plywood. This was a real find.

This guitar is simply great!! I've spent years trying to find my perfect acoustic & this is it.. hands down. I always snubbed Epiphones because I knew them as being horrible & cheap. This is far from it. However they crafted these is spot on & right! Plays & sounds better then any acoustic guitar no matter what price range or name. I'm picky, was willing to spend $$ for whatever was great, but I kept going back & playing this. I finally bought it, and couldn't be happier. Seriously.. don't spend $2000 until you try one of these Masterbilts.

This is my first acoustic guitar I've ever owned, and quite frankly, the last. This is the only guitar I'll ever need, and I'll be crushed if I ever had to replace it. Gorgeous body, incredible sound. Everyone I know loves the sound of it. I doubt you can go wrong with any of the Epiphone Masterbilts.
