The original idea for the Epiphone Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar was to create a somewhat lower-priced Paul by dispensing with some cosmetics. The result was an especially clean, handsome guitar with all the Les Paul essentials. Newly designed in 2004, the Studio now has a thicker body that matches its namesake, hot open-coil humbuckers, a set mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, and mahogany body with carved top. Alpine White finish. The LockTone stopbar tailpiece and Tune-O-Matic bridge provide great sustain and tone, and make string changing easier. Limited lifetime warranty.

Epiphone Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar Features:

  • Mahogany body with carved top
  • Set mahogany neck
  • Rosewood fingerboard
  • Alpine White finish
  • Alnico Classic humbuckers
  • Locktone Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece
  • Dot fingerboard inlays
  • Chrome hardware
  • Limited lifetime warranty

From all of the reviews, you can tell this is a GREAT guitar, and it is GREAT!!! But lets talk about the best customer service around. I ordered this guitar and when it came in, it had a small crack in the finish where the neck met the body. I called and Musicians friend instantly sent me another guitar and a UPS label to ship the dameged guitar back to them. When the UPS guy brought the new guitar, I gave him the damaged one and that was that, no hassles, no worries, no cost to me. I love my new Les Paul, and would recomend this guitar to anyone. But I am blown away by the service I got from these guys.

This thing is insane! Well it was pretty awesome with the stock pick ups, but now I put emg 81 & 85 in it and it oozes sickness! This is definitely worth buying. If you hear this shred machine with emg's you will be amazed.

I purchased this guitar about a year or so ago and it has been great to me. i got an invader put in the bridge and this thing sounds so great. I use Line 6 amps and the guitar plays flawless through them. Its a great guitar that wont break the bank and is prefect for metal/alt.

This guitar not only has a classic les paul shape, but a classic les paul sound. I plug this into an JVM and it almost sounds like a gibson. THis guitar is definiatly worth the price
