Made with a select maple body and top with f-holes, trapeze tailpiece, mahogany neck (24-3/4" scale), neck and body binding, two volume and two tone controls, and parallelogram inlays. This guitar is downright incredible. I've been playing for three years and used a squier before I purchased this beauty. I'm usually a fender guy but I couldn't put this one down. The P-90's are incredible and produce a raw, rich deep sound.I have two warnings if you purchase it though. The action is very low which will cause alot of buzzes. When you buy this guitar from the factory make sure you have someone set it up or you won't get the quality sound of this guitar. It's hard to put down, and even harder to put away.

I love the versatility of a hollowbody, and this guitar exemplifies that perfectly. The sound is enormous. I love the p-90s due to their warmth and how responsive they are to your picking. The neck pickup is ideal (perfect) for jazz, and the bridge is jangly and biting, sort of beatles or clash territory. I guess this guitar isn't ideal for anything distorted, but the warmth and depth translate quite well when distorted, although there's some (a lot of) feedback. Mine was clearly well-built, no problems with fret-buzz or anything of that nature whatsoever. The neck has 22 frets, but the body joins right at the 17th. I thought this would bother me, but as it turns out, it doesn't. I never spent much time on the 22nd fret anyway (sorry BROOTAL kids, this might not be the guitar for you). I'm the owner of a gibson flying v and a fender strat, both of which are very versatile, and this guitar fills the gaps perfectly.

Ever since the The Beatles with this guitar, I have always wanted one. I hear that it has great sound for 60's music. When I get the money, I will buy this in vintage sunburst.( i just wish it had a bigsby on it but i'll put that on later)

This is without a doubt one of the best guitars you can ever buy. The tone is soo classic beatles, but with the right pedals and effects you can get soooo much more out of it. The Sound is crisp, bright and the weight is perfect compared to a les paul or a ES-335, it's like its not even there. I own a 2006 Casino in Natural and it is by far my favorite to gig and practice with.

I have two Epi Casinos. The first I bought about 6 years ago which was made in Korea and the second I bought about 6 months ago which was made in China. First things first. These guitars are not professional quality right out of the case, yet they are still great for the money. My absolute favorite thing about new, foreign-made Epis is that they are so fun and cost-effective to modify. The stock pickups are good but aren't potted well or reverse wound so they hum and feedback more than you'd like. I had one of mine replaced with Lindy Fralin P90's and the other replaced with Jason Lollar P90's...both of which sound fantastic. I outfitted both with Bigsy's and replaced the tuning machines with Kluson B3's. I replaced both bridges with tone-pros bridges. The Korean-made Casino I have, had a factory bone nut on it (!). The Korean one had a plastic nut which I had replaced with bone. And, I had all the electronics replaced in them. But, make no mistake, these guitars are incredibly fun and great sounding right out of the box with a decent set-up. I made these upgrades little by little until I was happy with them, and it was a lot of fun. My first one has been played mercilessly at gigs and has been used to teach guitar lessons for hours every day and it's still my favorite guitar. If I had the cash up front to buy an Elitist of vintage Casino I would, but I absolutely loved these guitars when I got them and love them even more now that I've added the upgrades. Please contact me if you have any questions or ideas for future mods on my Casinos. Thanks
