One Serious Piece of Machinery

for the past couple of years or so, I've been lusting after this guitar; I initially wanted the earlier 'Iron Eagle'(Named for the inlays)version,But after comparing the two,I've decided on the more recent model; Took me quite awhile to get it because they allways priced it just beyond what I'm comfortable paying for but I was able to get one. Like it says in the title, The EMG 81-85 actives combined with the alder body make it a serious piece of machinery,It sounds exactly like it looks, Dark,Wicked and Powerful; Plugged this beast into a couple of effects boards and pedals and came up with some of the most Powerful,Huge,heavy-as-Hell guitar tones I've heard in quite awhile. very comfortable to hold and play,Feels Solidly built and you guys are gonna love playing this guitar's neck; no problems with it whatsoever, Very Happy with this purchase; if you can afford it,Listen to that little WarLord inside you and get one,Neither one of you will be disappointed.

Perfect guitar

The first thing I noticed about this guitar was the beautiful neck-thru joint. The neck links perfectly to the body and allows you to comfortably reach every fret, which combined with the super fast neck, make this an amazingly playable guitar. The weight of the guitar is another thing that makes a huge difference, especially when playing live. The alder body is the perfect balance of tone and weight, and you don't die holding it. There is so much I could say about this guitar, but my favorite thing about it has to be the kahler bridge. It stays locked very well like a floyd, but moves ten times smoother, and if you're used to playing on a les paul style bridge, the rollers make you feel right at home.

Buy this guitar if you have the money. You will not regret it at all.

Forget buying the ESP model

Honestly, this is everything that I have ever wanted in a guitar. The tone is incredible, they Kahler is really nice. It is less maintenance even though it doesn't stay in tune as long as a Floyd Rose will. The neck is extremely comfortable, and I can honestly say that it is the best neck that I have ever played. It is perfect for soloing. I plugged this into a JSX and was immediately blown away. When I played "Raining Blood," it sounded identical to the record. I played many Jacksons and some Ibanez models, and this guitar simply destroyed them all. If you like metal, do yourself a favor and buy this guitar.

Own it and never regret buying... You get so many extras especially the neck Thu body and the Kahler bridge which you can lock in fixed or have tremo as an the option. Changing strings is a breeze and no cutting as well as tuning. EMG pick ups are hot as the overall look. If your on a budget, this is the guitar for you....sooo many extra's for the money...
