Great effect - but limited pre-sale info on all the requirements to make it work. Would suggest finding a picture of exact setups prior to purchase so you know what you need then buy everything at once if you don't already have it. Additionally, there is no "little red light" in the pictures of this product. It's located below the on/off button on the face plate. There is no information that comes with the pedal that I found explaining what the light is for. It is apparantly an overdrive indicator, i.e. it's not a good light to have on. I originally thought it was an on/off indicator. "Oh won't you, show me the way..."

This has to be the best effect ever. Once you get past the ridiculous setup (effects > A/B switch > amp input(s) > speaker out > talk box) and try not to choke on the tube, you're all set. The only hard sounds to make are "ch" "k" and "f"; pretty much anything where you might need to close your mouth completely to create the harsh sounds. Best effect ever.

This is awesome especially since I do covers for Aerosmith and I just have to say if your wanting to recreate sounds of Aerosmith, Peter Frampton and more get this talk box it's the best talk box out there that money can buy.

I've had this for over 6 months now and it's great! All I recommend is make sure you are using a good PA with it and don't turn your amp up too loud or it could mess it up a little bit, the little light on it goes on when too much is going through it, when it stays on continually...you got a problem other than that, BUY IT!!! best talk box you'll find!!!!!

I got this box hoping to make it sound like Frampton, well it does its job well because it does. I looked around and listened to other talk boxes and thought they weren't worth the money, but this one is. It is hard to get words to come out at first but after practice you'll be talking in tune.
