I just got the 535Q Wah at GC and replaced my 15 year old Original Crybaby. I must say that this Wah is super quiet compared to my old Crybaby. The range know is pretty cool and really like the Q and volume knob. You can get anything from Hendrix to Satriani. You can even get some very vocal like tones. Very cool.

I did a lot of shopping around before getting this pedal and can say I'm pleased. The pedal has great sweep and literally can talk. It works great for adding crisp gain to solos or for adding depth to rhythms. I've also found that by just turing it on and leaving it, I'm able to get that low level crisp overdrive that you hear in a lot of classic rock.

I have yet to explore use the adjustability that comes with the 535Q, but the gain and tone controls, boost button, and 5 position knob all make for a whole world of possibilities.

Tried 'em all, Cry Baby is the best! Period! With this model you have a very wide range of sound possibilities. Plus a real hard wire bypass. Does not color your signal and is absolutely silent. The boost feature is the best. Kicks it up a notch as set by the volume control. I would recommend this pedal to anyone who wants that Hendrix original sound all the way up to Satriani smooth. This was my very first wah pedal ever, I had never even used one before. This is a really great wah pedal. I like the selectors. The only thing that you may not like is actually using it. You can only go down all the way once, then you go down most of the way to get the way sound. You go down all the way to turn it on. You have to go down all the way again to turn it off. It takes practice to get the hang of it. You will see what i mean once you get it. It has an excellent sound to it, it even comes with a piece of paper that tells you the exact set up that some other people like Jimmie Hendrix and Tom morello. Ive had it for about two months now and its great. Also it comes with no battery, go to the store and pick up a random 9v battery
