Rounding off the outputs is a separate, stereo 1/8" headphone jack for practice. To control the Wah and Whammy, use the Digitech RP90's built in pedal.

Because music isn't just about getting tones but writing songs, the DigiTech RP90 multi effects pedal also features 40, high-quality drum patterns to aid music creation and practice. i bought this pedal almost a year ago and after i got it i regret buying it it just sucks the tone out of my guitar.this pedal is ok if you are beginer or somebody who just comes home of an evening plays gutar a little bit and doesnt play loud.first of all when i play loud it just sounds like static that is all you here .when you play on acoustic symulator when you pick some strings it makes your amp make a realy anoying buzzing sound that embarressed me badly in my school talent show.the only good thing on this pedal is the wah and the tubesreamer.that is all i use becouse the rest just drains the sound out of my strat and my marshall.if you play alot of talent shows and recitals this isnt for you. but if you just play alittle every once in a while its ok just to learn on.take my advice buy a single non digital effects pedals.if you are wanting a realy clean sound but if you are a biginer wanting to laern how to use effects i highly recomend it.

I don’t like the cheap plastic when they could have used metal but I have to say when it comes to SOUND QUALITY Digitech just wipes the floor with comparable multi-fx units from Line6, Zoom and even Boss. For 100,- bucks this thing gives you quite a load of USEFUL sounds and effects…acoustic, country, rock, metal, reggae, surf, punk – it’s all there and it sounds a lot more organic and authentic than the competition. You can tweak the sounds and store 50 custom settings EASILY - NO SOFTWARE OR INTERNET CONNECTION NEEDED. The sounds of the RP90 are decent and professional enough to develop an ear for what an effect does and even produce a decent demo with it. I recommend this to anyone who wants to record music at home or just wants to explore different sounds, getting into the world of sund effects without spending a furtune on stompboxes and amps. For the price and the porpose, it’s the best unit on the market. If you want something for live concerts and taking on take on the road go for something else. But if you want to practise and record yourself in decent quality buy this.

Definitely a toy... but a fun one.

The device seems to have quality issues at high volumes, and therefore would have zero gig potential ... I'm wondering if it could be my cables, which seem to react upon the application of pressure which is messing with the sound ... Those will be replaced to make final judgement on that matter, however I have read numerous items detailing the quality issues of distortion on this device at high volumes, so this should be a consideration in purchasing the item. The effects have everything I've been looking for. I initially wanted to buy the Digitech "The Weapon" as I am an obsessed Disturbed fan, and well, it had alot of toys itself ... Including a phaser to distortion effect, sitar, and all that neat stuff. This pedal blows it out of the water. Not only can I program a phaser to distortion sound using the whammy, but I can do the same for an auto yaya, yaya in general, pitch change up or down, distortion on or off, volume .. everything I ever could think of ... The only problem is ... I haven't gotten the sitar sound ... But I'm working on it! It has an acoustic guitar simulator too, which is a fun toy. For the money it is definitely a good buy. I wanted the rp350 pretty badly but I just didn't have the extra money, not that it mattered ... I have everything I was looking for here. But once again ... this probably isn't something you would use in a gig ... however much that'd rock. This is a toy for practicing, and for recording onto a computer.

I was looking for a low-priced multi-effects pedal I can use while I was away from home for college. I have a Line 6 XT Live back at home and I didn't expect much from this pedal. However I was surprised when I turned in on. It had a variety of solid sounds for a lot of genres. It gives warm jazzy tones, crunchy metal, distorted rock, and nice blues tones. Presets are nice but I especially like the customozing feature where I can add any kind of effects from the effects library that has chorus, flanger, phaser, many types of delays and reverbs and so on. Lots of distortion modes and different amp modes. You can even change the sound based on different combinations of pick ups. Very easy to use. Only con is that I don't know if it can put up with lots of beatings however, I have not come acrosss any quality issues. Very solid for the money you pay. Probably the best the money can get you. Would highly recommend.

If you don't appreciate guitar and enjoy something that sounds like a computer generated...this is for you. If you do; however, appreciate guitar, and enjoy sounds that actually sound like a guitar.... FIND SOMETHING ELSE. P.O.S.
