I used one of these pedals at the store with an EX7 which I own and it is a great pedal with nice look but I just could not get myself to spend $40 on a pedal with just a few parts. SI I went an spent $10 at the local electronic shop and made my own.

This unit is nothing more than a few single poll, momentary switches, a few diodes, wires, and a stereo panel mount phone jack.

If you have the skill to make one look up plans around the DIY stomp box site and make one yourself to save some money for the more important gear.
