Got this for xmas, and I was happy at first, then I played other guitars to compare it to, and was very dissapointed. The tone is thin, the bodys to light, the stock pups are, just not as good as you would think... I played this compared to a Epi flying V, and the V blew it away. The neck on it isnt bad, the paintjob, and the flamed look isnt bad, and by no means is this guitar bad, its just probibly a guitar you should avoid if you want a quality midrange-higher end end guitar.

I have had mine for 16 months. I changed the pickups and gauge of strings right away. The stock pickups don't do the trick. But that's the only draw back. I put a Seymour Duncan SH-1(59) in the neck and a SH- 10(full shred) at the bridge. It plays and sounds better than my Gibson SG (USA). The body is HEAVY and has a good finish for being an import.
