This guitar has great overall tonal characteristics and looks great as well. It has a nice warm tone when played acoustically and a vast range of tones when plugged in. The electronics are great. The only flaw was me for not getting one sooner!

The Dao is by far the best guitar I have ever played. I personally prefer D'Addario strings, but sounds excellent with anything. Never had any problems with this masterpiece. In addition to its superior quality, it's absolutely gorgeous!! I would recommend this to anyone!

Have had mine for a week and wonder how I got along with out it. Sounds great - both plugged and unplugged. Nice EQ, etc. It is beautiful - it can make you happy just sitting in the stand. Nicely balanced - never have to "chase it." Love it.

My Dean has a nice rich, crisp and full tone. It's easy to play with only a little buzz on the low E because the action is a little low, but that's easy to fix. I love my new guitar, it records well too.
