I've had this guitar for a year now and the neck is bowing really badly. The action is so high from the 9th fret up. Soloing is terrible.

This guitar from the other reviews sounds like a great buy but trust me this guitar is not worth its price. First off I can only play this guitar sitting because it's so top heavy I have to support with my left hand and it makes it impossible to move up and down the neck. Then when the sharp edge just digs away at my ribs. This guitar is not well designed and not comfortable or fun to play.

This guitar is good for metal solos and riffs but if you try to play bar chords or just regular chords it sounds awful. This guitar is not worth your money. Sounds good for metal and hard rock but past that it's not a good buy.

My daughter wanted to lear to play guitar, but my acoustic guitar was too big for her to handle, and my electric had a floating bridge making difficult to play for a beginner. I bought her the Dean Baby ML in Titanium Ice, after examining and dismissing the scaled-down beginner guitars I came across. It's easy to play, with good action and a very nice tone, and I can pick it up and play it as well, without feeling like I'm handling child's toy.
