The Quattro begins with Carl Martin's award winning Compressor/Limiter circuit with single controls for compression and level. The Two-Channel Overdrive has switches for on-off and for selecting between the crunch and high-gain stages, and controls for tone and level. In classic fashion, the Vintage Chorus has a speed and a depth control. Finally, the vintage style Echo has controls for level, tone, repeat and tap-tempo, as well as an on-off switch. No hard to read screens, no menus to scroll through, just set-up and play. There is no simpler multi-effect pedals on the market! There is also an effects loop built in between the overdrive and chorus effects for that special drive or fuzz pedal that is part of your sound.

With all the "Digital" Multi effects pedals out there I'll take this analog one every time. No useless sounds, no programming, just good easy to use sound. It's not a "Metal Machine" but for just about everything else this is the pedal. I love the way I can get a nice blues sound with my strat, with 1st overdrive. The second one is nice for most rock songs. I highly recommend this pedal!

This pedal is awesome! the distorsion is warm and you have two options! the chorus is a classic wide sound, the delay is very long and is very quiet, like a tape echo... whit a tap tempo! The compressor is very loud, great for solos. The best product out there... just for professionals but... very simple to use!

Super high quality, like all Carl Martin's stuff. Tone is absolutely gorgeous. And is it so simple. Plug in your guitar, plug the unit into an amp. Do yourself a favor, plug into two amps for a stereo eargasm. This is a real musical instrument, not a digital toy. The built-in high-voltage power supply insures high-headroom and low-noise. You won't need the manual. Get it. You will spend more time playing and less time tweaking.

All CM products are great. This thing just combines the most sought-after effects in one super-easy-to-use box. The distortion is fantastic and "feels" just like my old tube amps. The compressor is one of the best in the world for guitar. Retro delay sounds like early Zep recordings, only doesn't require tape loops. Tap tempo is a nice addition too. The chorus is lush, authentic and rich. You'd spend a lot more to get this stuff separately, and in this format, it is so easy to use. Plug it in and play. You will be delighted.
