Solid Guitar

I bought this guitar on sale about a year ago and it's absolutely awesome. I've played a few gigs with it and it sounds great plugged in. It's kind of quiet, but very dynamic in terms of volume. The Grover Tuners are really sweet, this baby never goes out of tune. I live in MI, where the weather can be harsh, i bought a 7 dollar humidifier and its lasted without any warping even though i forget to refill the water once in a while, but maybe thats because the sides are not solid wood. for the money, it's a really good guitar. I think Breedlove is really underrated and anyone who wants to buy a fine quality instrument for the first time should definitely check it out.

I had never heard of this guitar company before I came to the US. I was looking for a acoustic guitar when my eyes fell on this guitar. I got this Guitar about 4 months back, I just fell in love with it. Sound while plugged in or out sounds wonderful.

I recently picked up this beautiful acoustic at a local guitar store. What drew me to this guitar was the simple look, but what made me fall in love with it was the playability and sound it gave. I honestly could not put it down. The craftsmanship was just wonderful. This is honestly worth the money.

A beautiful Guitar

I have been playing my D25/SM for about a month now and I could not be happier. The guitar plays like a dream and sounds amazing for a sub-$1000 instrument. The LR Baggs pickup is fantastic and the notch filter will virtually eliminate feedback on stage. The phase button reverses the phase of your signal by 180 degrees should be checked each time you position (relative to the speaker/monitor) to insure that the amplified signal is not canceling (phasing) your source. The guitar is built like a brick *#$-house and stays in tune very well. It's 100% wood as well. More and more acoustics are being built with the pressure laminate which is good for what it is but has no place on a high-end guitar.

The negative: It is not American made. The quality does not suffer since each guitar is inspected at the Oregon factory before shipped out to the retailer. It's a fine-crafted ax either way. The intonation could be better but I have never played an acoustic with what I would consider to be "good" intonation. I'll bet my luthier can get it close.

Overall: Before you go spending upwards of $1500 for a Taylor or Martin, please check this guitar out. It really does sound and play as well as some guitars twice the price.

The sound quality is amazing while recording in the studio. I was completely blown away by the clarity and the tone. The live sound is pretty sweet as well. I am more than satisfied with this purchase.
