I did a lot of research before I bought this amp. 5 decided that for the price it was a good purchase. It arrived and I played through it not bad although the clean channel was almost non existent. The second time I plugged in the jack fell into the amp. I sent it back and received another. I sounded good for a while. I was never happy that you can't change effects with the foot pedal. After about a year it would go out while I was playing and sometimes would not come on. I got rid of it. Not a bad starter amp but not good for long term use. Would definitely not gig with it.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this amp. The Bugera speakers are crystal clear and the amp modeling is very versatile and in fact the "british" mode sounds better than the Marshall I've been playing for years. I've been an avid Behringer fan for years and they've managed to amaze me once again.

Sick upgrade!

I got this amp a month ago and I have to say that it is a definite improvement from my 15w Line 6 amp that I used to jam on. The distortion is much more high end than the cheap fuzz that my other amp produced. I play with a dean razorback and the pinch harmonics scream through this amp! The Clean channel blew me away for the price of this amp, It is very natural and doesn't distort at high volume,(like my previous amp did). I play in a band with a few friends and It works awesome for small shows like high school's and gym's. The one problem that I had was when The gain is turned up and the volume gets too high, then the amp squeals like crazy and It's impossible to stop, but that problem can be fixed when you use a separate stomp box instead of the amps distortion. The 99 effects work and sound great, and the level sets how "present" you want your effects to be. If you are looking to upgrade on a budget, I suggest this amp, for the price you can't find a better deal.

I got this amp about, five months ago, and its still going strong. Ive used it a few small gigs, and realy enjoyed not having to cary around all of the pedals. I mean, why woud you tote around all of your effects when this amp already has them? And they are of a decent quality too! Not too cheesy or fake, it actually goes over pretty well. On thing that I could ask for is a tremello though... and maybe a better manual, because this one is pretty confusing. Its not a huge manual, its just really heavy on all the stuff it throws at you at once. And its not entirly specific to this amp, its used with their entire line, and just goes over the main features, and even then its almost not enough. But what can I say, its a big amp. It doesnt quite get the volume I want sometomes though... I have a really loud drummer and sometimes its hard to top his drums with my accoustic without feeding back. But you know, that happens sometimes... I actaully feel pretty safe when ing up the voulme on this, ther isnt a huge wave of whitenoise, but it has some. I would reccomend a boss suppressor pedal for that, and then it will probably feed back less. the foot pedal is solid as a brick, and hasnt failed on me once, and its really practical too. The chanels dont have any differences, its like a blank slate for whatever you want to sound like.

Solid choice for the gigging musician low on dough

I replaced my trusty Peavey Studio Pro 112 with this amp, and have been completely impressed by it for the money. Mine has the Bugera speakers in it, which have a tighter bottom than the Jensens. This amp just amazes me with the Tweed channel, more than any Fender tube amp has. The British sounds like an old school Marshall, and the Californian has that gritty old 80's rock sound to it. Kissed the distortion pedals goodbye, as this is totally useable and musical. Sorry Deathmetal fans... look elsewhere, this amp isnt for you. If tweaked right, this amp just about does it all! I'm a Behringer fan now!
