I own this cab and it takes alot of solid-state power but I use a modified Peavey Heritage 130-watt tube and the speakers are the down fall I replaced them with a few scorpions and it's a 800-watt continuous power cab and it sounds great the empty cab alone is worth the money they are made like a tank... for most people this will be enough to get the job done but for me the speakers were the weak point "squeels" make the cones blow up or get really hott!!!

Probably the best cab, and most durable cab. Sound that comes out is so incredible. Ive had it for over 5 years, its fallen out of my truck twice, and still sounds amazing.

I bought this cab to compliment my Bugera 6262 and it's great. Plenty of headroom to crank it up without fear of damaging the speakers. Like most high output speakers it reproduces rather than "flavors" it's input signal. Built very solid and a great value!!

I have both the angle and straight cab that I use for a full stack, and let me tell you,these cabs can handle serious wattage. I run my marshall, Randall, and Crate hds, these cabs do not compromise any of their dstinctive sound. The stereo selection is good at lower volumns, but when you are up to 5 you've unleashed madness,stereo won't matter unless you daisy chain these cabs. at full bore these cabs will literally shake the concrete you stand on, I've taken it to extremes with no damage. I've had mine for 4 years and practice 2 hrs. Almost everyday not a single problem. Trying to transport these cab is a pain because they are heavy and rugged, and the casters really suck, it rolls opposite of where you push. But for the price you can't go wrong.

This is a professional speaker cabinet. It's heavy-duty and handles amazing power. Through my experience the best tone can be achieved with some sort of digital modeling. I use a Line 6 POD XT Live and it is amazing. The reason I lean more towards modeling is because the speakers work best at reproducing the exact sound of your amplifier. The more popular, expensive cabinets like Marshall have certain "tone" that people seek. The benefit of a modeler is the fact that you can model actual speakers and cabinets. Through this cabinet the tone is spot-on to whatever is coming out of your amplifier: there is no "flavoring" from the speakers. I personally recommend running a modeler through a simple power amp then into the cabinet. You'll be set to go. Over the past year that I've been using this cabinet (at very high volume 2-4 times per week) it just smiles and rocks the night away!
