This guitar is absolutely the best guitar I have ever owned, or even played. I have very extensive experience with guitars. Been playing for almost 2 decades. Have played Les Pauls, Schecters, PRS's, Ibanez, Washburns, Benedito, Fenders, Corts, Johnsons, and the list goes on. You can NOT beat the way this particular guitar plays. It's like butter! I prefer this over a Les Paul or PRS any day. Very easy to hammer, tap, and pull off. The pickups ROCK, especially with the right effects. (I'm using a cheap FAB metal pedal and a Peavy twin amp) People love it too. I have gotten many compliments from fans as well as other guitarists about how awesome this guitar is. If you want to check out how it sounds, just google my band name (Lazer Totin' Lizards) and follow one of the links. I have used my Mockingbird on all the shows and recordings we have done thus far and don't plan on using any other guitar.

This guitar is awesome. I recently got one from my local music store and it plays incredibly easy. It has stayed in tune for about a week and still sounds good. My only complaints are that it has two volume controls and only one tone! and it tilts to the left if you dont hold it while stading up. Other than that this guitar is amazing.

First off this guitars finish is amazing, I've seen AAAAA finishes that didn't look this good. The guitar plays great, and stays in tune fairly well. Its a pretty heavy guitar but thats ok by me. The only real problem is the pickups. The guitar gets a decent classic rock tone when cranked, and a good clean sound but, it has a disturbing lack of harmonic richness. I would definitely suggest this guitar as a step up from a starter model but if you plan on doing any sort of serious gigging or recording I'd suggest upgrading the pickups.

well.. i bought this guitar and it looks a lot better than pictured the finish is amazing and the quilted top adds to the flare the binding also looks great too the neck is fast and comfortable but the one drawback is the comfort of it playing sitting down when the triangular part on top occasionally pokes u in the chest but hey.. if u cant deal wit ha little bit of pain u shouldn't b playing guitar anyway... the pick ups are okay i guess but ill eventually swap them and this guitar really has no problems staying in tune even if u put them through harsh bends and pulls. overall great guitar

This guitar is probally the most comfortable and best sounding guitar there is next to a Les Paul..that is when it is actually working!!!!!!!

There are more problems with this guitar than a round triangle. First I couldn't get it to stay in tune. Then when I could, it gained a horrible sound. I got that fixed easily. But now (this one is actually my fault) I dropped it (dang straplock let the strap slide off) and it knocked the humbucker half out. I took off the strings and put the humbucker back in and now there is something wrong with the bridge!!!

Bottom line, you can risk buying it but I wouldn't. Get a Les Paul or a Strat. It'll work better for ya.
